Refund and Returns Policy for Digital ProductsCoach De Bruyns ("we", "us", "our") sells purely digital products such as online courses, e-books, guides, software downloads, membership access, and other instantly delivered content.No Refunds Policy – Digital Products Cannot Be Refunded
Due to the electronic and non-tangible nature of our products, which are delivered instantly via download links, email, or member-area access, all sales are final. Once the product has been purchased, delivered, downloaded, or accessed in any way, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits.
This is because digital files can be copied, saved, or shared immediately, making it impossible to “return” them in the same condition as physical goods. This policy fully aligns with South African law (including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act), which does not require refunds for digital content once it has been accessed or downloaded — provided the buyer was clearly informed of this (which you are by reading and agreeing to this policy).Statutory Cooling-Off Rights (ECTA Section 44)
Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you normally have a 7-day cooling-off period to cancel an online purchase without reason. However, this right is lost the moment you download, stream, or access the digital product, because you have explicitly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you forfeit the cooling-off right by proceeding with the purchase. By completing your order, you confirm this consent.
Limited Exceptions (We May Consider Assistance At Our Sole Discretion)
We will only review refund or replacement requests in these very narrow cases:
  1. Technical Delivery Failure — The product was never delivered or the access link never worked despite our attempts to fix it.
  2. Defective Product — The file is corrupted or the product is significantly not as described (e.g., major missing content that prevents use). Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase with clear evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.). Where possible we will first offer a replacement.
  3. Change of Mind Before Access — If you contact us before downloading or accessing anything (proof required), we may cancel and refund at our discretion.
All other requests (including “I didn’t like it”, “I changed my mind”, or “I bought by mistake”) will be politely declined.How to Request Assistance

We aim to reply within 48 business hours. Approved refunds (extremely rare) are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.No Chargebacks or Disputes
If you open a chargeback, PayPal dispute, or bank reversal after you have accessed or downloaded the product without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
  • Suspend or ban your account
  • Pursue recovery of any costs incurred
  • Report the matter where appropriate
